Why only one plan?
Because tiered plans are a trap. The features you actually need always end up in the expensive tier: reports crippled in “basic”, staff permissions locked behind “premium”. We think every workshop, solo mechanic or a team of ten, deserves the full system from the first dollar.

Is there a free trial?
We're working on it. In the meantime, early access members get a full personal walkthrough with the team before committing to anything.
What happens if I cancel?
You'll only ever pay for what you actually used. Cancel anytime and we'll refund the unused portion of your billing period, calculated to the day. It's a straightforward refund, not store credit.
What happens if I cancel my yearly plan early?
Same policy. We calculate exactly how many days you used, charge you for those at the daily rate, and refund the rest. There's no penalty for leaving early.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes — if you're within your first 3 months on a monthly plan, switch to yearly and get 2 months free on your annual rate. After 3 months, you can still switch to yearly at the standard annual rate, but the bonus months don't apply.
Do I need to install anything?
Nothing. PintoTech runs in any browser on desktop, tablet, or phone, and updates happen on our end.
How does multi-location work?
All your locations live under one account. You manage everything from one login — switch between locations, view reports per site or across all of them, and your staff only see what they need to.
Is my data stored in Australia?
Yes. Your data is hosted in Australia and never leaves the country.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It's yours. We'll give you a full export before your account closes — every customer, vehicle, job, and invoice.
